Daniel Radcliffe Not Keen On Returning To Harry Potter
In his latest conversation with Deadline, Daniel Radcliffe discussed his thoughts on his return to the Harry Potter franchise with a cameo. Radcliffe said,
“I don’t think so, no,” he said, “Certainly, everything I’ve read about the series, they’re starting fresh, so it’d be a bit weird to have me pop in… I think that Harry Potter was always destined to become like Sherlock Holmes… There’s probably an eight-year-old kid out there whose life is going to change in a couple of years, so my brain does go there.”
Radcliffe displayed little to no interest in returning to the Wizarding World anytime soon. Regardless of his feelings about his character, Harry Potter fans still have hope that the actor might appear for a cameo in the upcoming HBO reboot of the series. Since 2021, Harry Potter: The Series is in the making and will adapt each of the seven books, one season at a time, with an entirely new cast to be launched.
