Dark Days Haunt the Kardashians as After Kim Kardashian’s Disappointing SKKN Launch, Ex Kanye West Accuses Adidas of Trying to Steal Yeezy’s Thunder
Adidas Yeezy is a brand collaboration between the sportswear company, Adidas and American rapper and songwriter Kanye West. Kanye is known for speaking his mind out and not holding back about how he feels. He was in the news for quite some time a few months back regarding controversies and statements over his divorce from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian. The rapper takes his business with sneakers very seriously and hasn’t held back from speaking his mind out. Like, when his deal with Nike fell through in 2013.
Kanye West accuses Adidas of not Informing him about Yeezy Day
In a direct message sent to multiple outlets by the Donda singer, he has accused Adidas of doing multiple things with his brand without his consent on important matters. And the rapper seems pissed off with it. He has said, “Adidas made up the Yeezy Day without my approval.”

According to him, Yeezy sales make up almost 68% of the online sales of Adidas. Although, this isn’t officially proven it is still believable as he does pull in a lot of customers with his influence on the brand. The brand drops some of its most anticipated designs on the Yeezy Day. The Stronger rapper has further accused Adidas of stealing his design for slides and making their own version of Yeezy Slides.
Fans React to The Accusations
While some of the artist’s fans came to his support, most of them took it to Twitter to troll him.
He needs to learn to read contracts

Like I’ve always said Yeezy brand is not a collab, he worked for adidas as a designer on a sub-label that he had most of the control over. But all his designs were funded, tooled, and r and D by adidas. They own the processes to make everything. Ye probably owns the name “Yeezy”

Gave me a seizure trying to read that.

Fans are also convinced that the best path for West would be to start his own brand.
Nike is not the solution for this. I’m pretty sure Nike would be even more rigid. The best path for him is to do his own thing

KimK is not Doing Too Well Business Wise Either
On 21st June 2022, Kim Kardashian launched her skin-care line named SKKN. Fans have accused her of “copying” her younger sister, Kylie Jenner. However, it seems, that Kim Kardashian’s business venture has come nowhere close to the success Jenner has attained. SKKN’s first product was a 9 step skincare routine, with a hefty price tag of $575. Kim Kardashian’s brand SKKN Launch was pretty disappointing and the business has set off with a rocky start as it had fewer search volume and mentions throughout social media last month.
Things are not looking good for the ex-couple as they face trouble with their respective brands, all things considered.
