Debut of Official teaser from ‘Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark’

After being a youth staple of numerous generations, the publication series has finally been turned into a movie, which lands in theatres on August 9th. The very first teasers of the movie debuted earlier this season, using this brand new official trailer providing us with a much better look at the horrors in store for its viewer. The film has been directed by André Øvredal (TrollHunter, The Autopsy of Jane Doe) and has been created by Guillermo del Toro.
“We spent months looking for and constructing the ideal group of celebrities to help us comprehend that the most frightful adaptation which we can muster,” Øvredal shared when production on the movie started.
