Johnny Depp has been in the news for quite a lot since his win in the defamation trial with Amber Heard. The actor won the defamation case against his ex-wife and was rewarded with $10 million in damages. Although after winning the case, the Pirates of the Caribbean star is still in a legal battle with his former spouse. Heard has sold her house and is nearly bankrupt and hasn't paid Depp the damages.  Johnny Depp is well known for playing Captain Jack Sparrow in Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. The defamation trial has cost both the stars their career.
