Record producer Sean Diddy Combs is the hot topic of the town, but unfortunately, it’s not his work that has got the public talking about him; it’s his arrest and the lawsuits that followed. Grammy award-winning artist who is credited with the discovery and development of music artists was arrested in September 2024 in Manhattan.

Diddy’s trouble started when his former partner Cassie Ventura decided to file a lawsuit in 2023 alleging he s**ually assaulted her during their relationship. The two of them settled outside court, but what followed was a string of lawsuits against the artist alleging that Combs had s**ually abused them between 1991 and 2009. Diddy has denied all the allegations and is awaiting trial, which is scheduled to start on May 5, 2025. New allegations and a lawsuit have now dragged Combs’ mother and consultant into the situation.

Ashley Parham’s lawsuit against Sean Diddy Combs drags his mother and top consultant

According to reports by TMZ, a woman named Ashley Parham, who alleges that the artist s**ually assaulted her with a TV remote, is now suing the record producer Sean Diddy Combs. She mentioned in her lawsuit that Diddy was pissed at her comment about her believing that the artist had something to do with Tupac Shakur’s murder.

TMZ mentioned that the lawsuit claims Ashley Parham back in 2018 had met Diddy’s friend at a bar who had then FaceTimed Diddy. The woman said that the man telling Combs that she believed that the artist had something to do with Tupac Shakur’s death didn’t impress her. She also noted that the record producer had told her that she’d ‘pay’ for her comments about Tupac’s death. She alleges in her lawsuit that a month later, Diddy’s friend set her up for the artist to r**e her.

Ashley Parham, in her lawsuit, mentioned that when she was invited to the Orinda California Home, Diddy held a knife to her face and allegedly told her that he’d give her a Glasgow smile. Parham noted that Combs’ top consultant, Kristina Khorram, was also present at the time and advised Diddy not to carve a scar on her face but instead suggested that they could sell her for s*x.

The woman goes on to detail that Diddy took her clothes off, got a bottle of liquid, and covered her body with a liquid substance. She mentioned that both Combs and Khorram tried to insert something inside her, which they referred to as an ‘IUD’, but it failed the artist, who inserted a TV remote into her. Parham alleges that Combs instructed two other men to do the same, and they did. She noted that they r**ed her vaginally and dru**ed her so that she wouldn’t leave and report.

In her lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Ashley Parham mentioned that Combs’ mother, Janice Combs, had tried to convince her not to report the r**e. She alleges that Diddy reached out to his mother to bring her in to convince Parham, who also mentioned that Diddy briefly mentioned that he’s gotten away with bigger crimes. Referencing Tupac Shakur? There are theories about Diddy being allegedly involved, but nothing is confirmed.

Parham, in her lawsuit, noted that she had reported the r*pe to Contra Costa County’s Sheriff’s Department and later to Walnut Creek Police and Orinda Police Department, but unfortunately, no law enforcement at the time opened the investigation. Parham clarified that she excluded Combs’ name from her report because she at the time believed that no one would believe her. She is seeking $50 million in damages and a jury trial.

Sean Diddy Combs wants to know the identities of accusers

While things are not looking good for the artist, especially with lawsuits piling up one by one, The Guardian reported that Combs would like the judge to disclose the names of his accusers. The publication noted that his legal team has written a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian stating,

This case is unique, in part because of the number of individuals levying allegations against Mr. Combs due to his celebrity status, wealth, and extensive media coverage of the lawsuit and other legal proceedings against him. This has had a pervasive ripple effect, resulting in a torrent of allegations by unidentified complainants, spanning from the false to outright absurd.

Combs’ attorneys have argued that six anonymous people filed complaints against the artist on Monday. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee had shared that he’d be filing 120 s**ual assault lawsuits against Combs. His team noted that several of the lawsuits that have been filed were discredited but at the cost of damaging Combs’ character and reputation.

These swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if they haven’t already. Without clarity from the government, Mr. Combs has no way of knowing which allegations the government is relying on for the indictment.

Combs’ team has asked the prosecutors to identify all the alleged victims because of the number and anonymity of the accusers. His team noted that to prepare for his trial, he is entitled to know. The prosecution has reportedly denied disclosing the names of the alleged victims.

Sean Diddy Combs awaits trial scheduled for May 5, 2025. He was arrested on charges of s*x trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering conspiracy. The artist has denied all the allegations.
