The eagerly anticipated Greta Gerwig film Barbie, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, is soon to be released, and the press tour for it has been extraordinary, showcasing some of the best Barbiecore attire.
The cast members dressed to the nines for the movie’s world premiere, which took place on Sunday in Los Angeles. They appeared as though they had just exited BarbieLand onto the pink carpet. She not only looked stunning but also channeled the energy of her character onto the pink carpet.

For her accessories, Lipa paired her look with a pink-Barbie-esque manicure and opted for a minimal diamond and platinum Graduated Line Necklace from Tiffany & Co and decided to let her hair down. Margot Robbie donned a black gloves, slingback heels, and a choker necklace with a strapless Schiaparelli gown that has a tulle hemline at the midsection. It should be noted that Robbie, who portrays the lead character in the film, was dressed as the 1960 doll Solo In The Spotlight.

Co-writer Noah Baumbach skips the world premiere of Barbie
Where The Shrine Auditorium was filled with stars walking on the pink carpet for the world premiere of highly awaited movie, co-writer and Gerwig’s partner Noah Baumbach was nowhere to be seen.
Gerwig shared, “My co-writer and co-creator, my partner in love and art, Noah Baumbach, is not here. He is passionately supporting the fight of the Writers Guild of America. He is a Barbie girl. Nothing in ‘Barbie’ happened without him, and nothing in Hollywood happens without writers.”
The movie is one of the most talked about movies of all time thanks to the iconic and sharp marketing campaign by the makers and will be opening against Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer. The box office showdown between the two highly awaited movies is dubbed as Barbenheimer, which has further sparked numerous jokes about the very different tones and ambitions of both films.
Cillian Murphy, who stars as J. Robert Oppenheimer in Nolan’s movie, shared that he cannot wait to see the Gerwig’s movie, adding that he loves Robbie and Gosling and his advice to people would be to watch both movies on the same day.
Barbie and Oppenheimer premieres on 21st July 2023 in theatres.
