While talking to the reputed media outlet Comicbook.com, Black Adam actor Aldis Hodge revealed that he would really want to play the character of John Stewart’s Green Lantern. The American actor said that he is open to playing the character of John Stewart. Hodge has previously voiced the character of Stewart in DC’s animated Tomorrowverse. He said-
“I mean, look, I’m open for whatever. I would love to live out the rest of the legacy of Hawkman because we had some amazing plans for him. But also, with John Stewart in sort of a live-action capacity. I mean, I’ve voiced John Stewart in the animated space for years now. Few years. Phil LaMarr passed the baton.”
Aldis Hodge says he’s interested in playing Green Lantern in the new DCU.
Hodge already voices the character in multiple animated films, ‘Green Lantern: Beware The Power’, and ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’.
