Elizabeth Olsen is Confused it’s Adam Driver, Not John Krasinski Who’ll Play Reed Richards after Doctor Strange 2: “But why did John Krasinski do it?”
With the MCU’s (Marvel Cinematic Universe) Fantastic Four coming back onto the screen in the coming years, there have been various rumors and discussions regarding it among fans already. In last year’s Doctor Strange sequel, fans got to watch John Krasinski play the smart leader of the Fantastic Four Reed Richards.
But as the character was killed right off by Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), discussions have been going around whether Krasinski will be back for the role or not. Naturally, in a recent interview, Olsen was asked about the matter and provided with the rumor of Adam Driver being cast as Reed Richards.
This seemed to have taken the Wandavision star by surprise as it seemed Krasinski was one for the role. But as it turns out it has all to do with none other than the concept of Multiverse. And Olsen seemingly understood the point.
Elizabeth Olsen Confused By The Rumor of Adam Driver Replacing John Krasinski as Reed Richards
One thing that the Marvel Cinematic Universe is known for is the recent multiverse concept that has made it possible to have different actors in the same role and even in the same film. And as the studio prepares for Fantastic Four, there have been rumors in the air already about it.

Discussion on this topic on the Josh Horowitz show Happy Sad Confused recently, Elizabeth Olsen was told about the rumor to which she responded with confusion. The Wandavision star got confused initially asking,
“But why did John Krasinski do it?”
But halfway she realized MCU’s multiverse concept could be at play. Although it is not confirmed whether Reed Richards will be recast in the upcoming film or not if Driver does play the role, it would be his second role in a big franchise after Kylo Ren in the Star Wars universe.
