Isn’t it exciting to see someone looking exactly like us out of 7 billion people on this planet? Well, it definitely is. In fact, just the mere idea of doppelgangers’ existence can make you feel crazy, right? But guess what. Resembling a celebrity is far more rousing than any doppelganger perks.
Unfortunately, not all of us look like A-list celebs, or can we go viral in no time like this young woman from the UK does. Her uncanny resemblance to Emma Watson is what making people amazed. So let’s dive in to know more.
The Emma’s Doppelganger
Ella, a 17-year-old from England, was recently approached by BoredPanda. Her comparison photo with Emma Watson went viral over the internet recently within a short period. She first shared it on Reddit which shocked people as it’s almost impossible to tell them apart.
Speaking of which, Ella said, “I’ve been told that I resembled Emma ever since I was young! I never thought I resembled her enough to ever make something of it, but sharing some photos on Reddit has proved me wrong!”
Later, She was asked if she gets stopped in the street by Emma Watson’s fans. She revealed that it happens to her every time she visits large towns and cities. Ella also stated that she doesn’t want to disappoint people who genuinely think that she’s Emma, and hence she continues in the flow. “It’s very surreal,” says the young girl.
An indelible Event
When asked about a memorable experience, Ella shared an event when she was at Oxford once. She said the children there dressed up in Harry Potter uniform asked her to take pictures with them and sign an autograph. “It was very sweet,” says the star doppelganger.
Ella also says she’s into cosplaying recently this year and looking to even cosplay Belle from Beauty and The Beast and Meg March from Little Women.
Not just the Looks!
However, looks are not the only thing that Ella shares in common with Emma. Both want to use their platform and audience to speak out on the issues that matter to them the most. She says that she’s really enjoying getting started in the cosplay community, and also sharing the books she’s reading and says she’s very passionate about.
“It’s also great to have a platform on which I have a voice to speak on important issues.”
