The MCU, via Eternals, may have confirmed that Hulk’s snap was stronger and harder than Thanos’ in Avengers: Endgame. Let’s go on a little journey. The MCU before Phase 4 was all about the Infinity Stones and it was the Mad Titan, Thanos, to be the real threat. He ended up wielding all the Infinity Stones in Avengers: Infinity War for his purpose. Fast forward five years, the Avengers went the absolute length to undo Thanos’ snap. This time, it was Hulk who was an old friend to the Gamma radiation. But the second trailer of Eternals suggests that Hulk’s snap was harder than Thanos. Check it out!

It was Thanos who did the impossible in the MCU by wielding all the Infinity Stones. As Ebony Maw claimed in Avengers: Infinity War, “No other being has ever had the might, nay the nobility, to wield not one, but two Infinity Stones,” the threat was impending. However, it was Hulk who finally got the chance to shine. But the second trailer of Eternals suggests that Hulk had more power in his snap than Thanos and hence was the hardest out of the two.

As seen in the second trailer, it was explained that Hulk’s snap created so much energy that it created a mysterious cosmic event called an “Emergence.” However, Thanos’ snap did not. Now, this also hints at the fact that if Hulk was in the right state of mind, he would have stood a chance against Thanos. Hulk carrying out this snap and being alive tells about his strength.

According to the second law of Thermodynamics, entropy will always increase in a closed system. This is exactly what Thanos sided with. However, the trailer really has given some serious weightage to one of our favorite characters. It is now established in the MCU that Hulk carried out a cosmic event with sheer will and power.
