A dramatic relationship. Jamie Lynn Spears and Britney Spears have had a rocky road over the years, and they haven’t always kept the drama private. Since Britney Spears’ ten-year conservatorship, their relationship has been strained. This was especially true while Britney was struggling under its restrictions. She argued for the right to select her own lawyer during the contentious hearing and added that she intended to sue her family.

Jamie Lynn Spears, who was involved in the case, now exclusively reveals to Page Six that she is extremely thankful for the new family she has found while filming the upcoming Fox reality series Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.

Well, it seems that the 31-year-old sister of pop star Jamie Lynn Spears appears to be getting personal in her new reality show that will air soon.

Jamie Lynn Spears gets personal with ‘Special Forces’ Co-Stars!

Jamie Lynn Spears claims she really enjoyed getting to know each of the 16 participants in the reality show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. However, she claims Beverley Mitchell, a fellow former child star who is now a proud mother, was the one with whom she grew the closest.  The 41-year-old 7th Heaven actress also feels the same and is “really thankful” that she and Jamie Lynn Spears could support one another as they pushed their physical, mental, and emotional limits.  Along with other known people, Jamie Lynn Spears visited the Jordanian deserts with Kate Gosselin from Jon & Kate Plus 8, Kenya Moore from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Gus Kenworthy, and Melanie “Mel B” Brown from the Spice Girls.

The team underwent a series of testing exercises there that were directly adapted from the U.S. military’s playbook and used to help in the selection of its Special Forces. The 10-day production’s “maybe the best part”—according to Jamie Lynn Spears. The Sweet Magnolias actress explains, “Those were the times when we knew we weren’t going to be thrown out of helicopters or something, so it was like a little bit of safety.” 

Jamie Lynn Spears probably needed a break after navigating the complicated dynamics within her real family this year, and she most likely found that in developing meaningful relationships with others.

Britney Spears again appears to settle things with Jamie Lynn Spears 

Britney Spears recently celebrated her birthday on December 2 by writing a touching ode to her younger sister, indicating that she wants to put their turbulent past behind them. Later, Britney Spears urged Jamie Lynn Spears to “feel self-worth being my sister!!!” The Toxic singer continued, “Just look UP sweetheart… remember IT’S NOT WHAT YOU SEE, IT’S WHAT’S IN YOUR HANDS !!!”

Jamie Lynn Spears also tells Page Six that despite being best known as Britney’s younger sister, she used the “super transformative” adventure of filming “Special Forces” to help her figure out who she is on her own. Lynn, who is also a wife to husband Jamie Watson and a loving mother to daughters Maddie and Ive says that “the show did help me discover more of who I am as an individual, and realize my self-identity.”

Earlier, Jamie Lynn Spears said she was “proud” of Britney Spears after the singer’s explosive June court testimony. But she has criticized her family, including her younger sister, repeatedly on social media. She even slammed Jamie Lynn Spears for trying to “sell a book at my expense” on  January 13, 2022
