Knowles noted that her younger daughter Solange has always been an activist and added that her bandmate and best friend Kelly Rowland was the one who tried to protect everybody. Rowland lived with the Knowles family from a young age. She shared the clip of her interview on social media and wrote,

Each child is different! But all is so special. I believe kids are born with their personalities. My three girls handled things very differently. Learn their personalities and respect their individuality.

Tina Knowles added to her caption that one should never compare the negatives and should only pay attention to the positive things that they can brag about. She noted that this practice encourages positive behavior. The songwriter had also opened up about her childhood in her 2021 interview with Harper’s Bazaar and shared,

I am now grateful for those shy years of silence. Being shy taught me empathy and gave me the ability to connect with and relate to people. I’m no longer shy, but I’m not sure I would dream as big as I dream today if it were not for those awkward years in my head.

The fashion designer shared a great piece of advice that her daughter gave to her own daughter, Blue Ivy, who had received negative comments following her dance at the Renaissance Tour. Knowles noted that Queen Bey advised her daughter to work hard and get her skills together rather than focusing on the negative comments.
