So, get ready to get an insight into Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s wedding in Las Vegas.
How Jennifer Lopez Found Happily Ever After
Almost 20 years after their first relationship, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck shocked the world by rekindling their romance. The Ain’t It Funny singer and the Smokin’ Aces actor once again made headlines when they exchanged vows in Las Vegas on July 17, 2022. The couple’s July 2022 wedding in Las Vegas was Affleck’s idea, according to Lopez. The dancer claimed that one day Affleck simply said, “F-k it, let’s just go to Vegas and get married tonight. He told me to attend the rehearsal. When you get back here, I’ll have everything set up.’”
The couple exchanged vows in a private ceremony with their kids present for their wedding in Las Vegas. Lopez claims that it was Affleck who planned the event. She exclaims, “He has an amazing eye. He has incredible taste, but everything we do, we try to do it together.” A formal ceremony was held at Affleck’s house in Riceboro, Georgia, one month after their first wedding. The couple collaborated to organize their second wedding ceremony. Lopez adds, “Planning a wedding is a lot—very stressful.”
JLo was skeptical of Vegas wedding
Ben Affleck was the one who suggested a Vegas wedding, and Jen explained that the July meeting where they were planning their wedding had caused her so much stress. Jennifer Lopez reacted with skepticism when he suggested going to Vegas ‘that’ night because she had a rehearsal the previous day. He says, “Go to rehearsal; when you come back, I’ll have everything set on,” the On The Floor singer continued.
Eventually, however, Jen and Ben even got married in Georgia, as they planned first, in the presence of friends and family. When Jimmy Kimmel asked why he wasn’t one of the fortunate friends to receive an invitation during the interview, Jen was forced to admit that she didn’t know.
JLo appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to promote her upcoming film, Shotgun Wedding, in which she co-stars with Josh Duhamel. She attended the movie premiere as well as the talk show premiere. Ben remained by her side during the important evening.
