Disney’s upcoming animated feature Frozen 3 release might want to continue playing the same technique as done in its prequel to make the movie even more gorgeous. Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s 1844 fairy tale The Snow Queen, Frozen came to life in November 2013. The animated musical fantasy film was directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee and was produced by Peter Del Vecho.

The movie won an Academy Award in 2014 and gained worldwide fame. Considering the craze of the movie, Disney presented fans with a sequel in 2019. The movie became a huge commercial success as people showered it with love and appreciation. Interestingly, there’s one beautiful detail in the movie that Frozen 3 can add to.

Frozen 3 Should Consider Paying a Tribute To One Of The Most Iconic Songs Of All Time

Directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, Frozen 2 made a tremendous entry into the movie industry. Set against a budget of $150 million, the movie earned around $1.5 billion and became the third-highest-grossing movie of 2019. The movie even received a nomination at the 92nd Academy Awards.

However, what’s even more interesting to note is that Frozen 2 had a scene that paid a beautiful tribute to one of the most iconic songs of all time. In the movie, there’s a scene where Kristoff is shown singing a song to marry Anna. Upon closely looking at the scene, it’s pretty noticeable that Kristoff’s singing is very similar to the choreography of Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody

This was very creative on the part of the team behind Frozen 2 to pay such a beautiful tribute to the iconic song. Frozen 3, set to release soon, should consider adding such a detail that will surely add some more magic to the movie. Considering that it is a musical movie, this kind of detail will make it even more exciting.

After Frozen 2 was released in 2019, Disney is set to release the sequel, Frozen 3, somewhere around the second half of 2027. According to what Jennifer Lee revealed, the upcoming sequel will hit the theaters in November 2027 as that’s the traditional Thanksgiving spot for the Frozen franchise.

Interestingly, one of Lee’s statements also hints that Frozen 3 is probably not the franchise’s last installment. Lee said that Frozen 2 left some unanswered questions and one movie isn’t enough to answer them all (via Deadline).

There were a lot of questions coming out of Frozen 2…it will take two films to answer them

Based on Lee’s words, fans may get a fourth installment from the franchise. Although Lee has neither confirmed nor shared any details regarding Frozen 4, the possibility of it happening seems to be on the cards.
