Supermodel Gisele Bündchen started dating NFL quarterback Tom Brady in 2007, but within two months of their relationship, she was made aware that Brady’s former partner, Bridget Moynahan, was pregnant. The model recalled that it wasn’t an ideal situation for her back then and there is no manual on how to deal with situations like these.

The player initially was anxious about being there for his son Jack, who’d be living with his mother in the west while he lived with his girlfriend in Boston. This gave the model time to envision what her life would look like with Brady. She shared,
I just thought, I never met a guy that is so sweet and so gentle and honorable. Just how he is, you know. That I felt like, ‘Oh, I think I have to think about this. If you’re choosing this, you’re choosing, you know to have this child for the rest of your life, and his mom, and all of this, you know, is all going to be part of your life.
The supermodel also mentioned that the extended family she has with Brady’s kids is the biggest blessing in her life, adding that she loves Jack like he’s her own. In her interview with People, the model noted that after Jack was born, she didn’t know she was capable of loving someone so much. She also shared that feeling such love for her husband’s son made her want to start her own family.
Brady noted that their relationship was built on a very strong foundation because the two of them learned about each other in that given time. He added that they assured each other that they were in this together, and that’s how their foundation of relationship has a stronghold.
Moynahan also shared with More in 2011 that Jack has two loving parents and an extended family, whether it’s cousins, stepmothers, or boyfriends.
