- BTS footage from Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively's slow dance scene from It Ends With Us has been released.
- Netizens are also taking Ryan Reynolds on the radar as they claim that this feud is going to harm his reputation.
- Lively's attorneys claim that the BTS clip proves the points mentioned in the actress' lawsuit.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds do not seem to be able to catch a break ever since some of the on-set drama between Lively and her co-star, Justin Baldoni around It Ends With Us surfaced online. Over the past six months, the narrative has shifted a lot to the point that there is now a legal battle going on between Lively and Baldoni.
People began suspecting that there were problems between the two when they did not appear together for the film’s premiere. The Gossip Girl star’s reputation took numerous hits as some of the footage from her previous interviews was circulated online claiming that she was not easy to work with.
In December, she filed a lawsuit accusing Baldoni of s*xual harassment and other such serious things. Recently, the director of Five Feet Apart released behind-the-scenes footage of a montage scene from the film. This time, even Ryan Reynolds has found himself in the line of fire from some fans.
BTS footage from Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s It Ends With Us might ruin Ryan Reynolds’ reputation
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds make for one of Hollywood’s most powerful couples. Fans love watching the two interact with each other on social media, help promote each other’s projects, and even grace the red carpets together for events like the Met Gala every year.
Last year, the couple took over the box office with the success of Deadpool & Wolverine and It Ends With Us, but the controversies surrounding the latter have been enough to undermine their reputation. The lawsuit Lively filed against Baldoni accuses him of s*xual assault and the launch of a smear campaign against the Jaws actress among other things.
Paragraph 48 of her complaint (via Newsweek) mentions that during the shooting of a montage scene for the film, Baldoni’s behavior was out of character and had nothing to do with the script. Recently, the director’s attorney Bryan Freedman, and his expert public relations team provided the Daily Mail with behind-the-scenes footage they say disproves several key allegations brought against Baldoni by Lively.
This footage shows Lively and Baldoni filming the slow dance scene in a bar which is supposed to convey the budding romance between their characters. This has led some netizens to conclude that The Shallows actress was flirting with her co-star, which does not look good for Ryan Reynolds.

That man… he might never recover.
Some have gone as far as accusing Reynolds of cheating on his ex-wife Scarlett Johansson with Lively. For years, there have been speculations that the Deadpool star cheated on his then-wife Johansson while working with Lively on Green Lantern. Here is what some netizens had to say regarding that:
He cheated and now getting cheated on

You can call it ego, but I would call it dignity and self-respect. She’s brought him and the marriage into dispute. No thanks.

That’s how I see it as well. BL is trying to save her marriage & family.

Regardless of whether or not these allegations are true, Reynolds’ reputation is bound to be damaged by the legal feud between his wife and Baldoni as the legal feud between the two keeps getting worse.
Blake Lively’s attorneys claim that the BTS footage proves her points in the lawsuit
In the clip of almost 10 minutes released online, Lively can be heard asking Baldoni to talk to make it seem more natural while the director is seen trying to kiss her and even dragging his mouth from her ear and down her neck.
Although the actress does not outright ask him to stop, she does say that talking might be a good idea for the scene. There is no telling whether or not the video has been doctored and there is also no clip of his response that he wasn’t attracted to her as mentioned in the lawsuit. Her attorneys told The Hollywood Reporter:
Justin Baldoni and his lawyer may hope that this latest stunt will get ahead of the damaging evidence against him, but the video itself is damning. Every frame of the released footage corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in paragraph 48 of her complaint.
They further stated that every moment of that scene was improvised by Baldoni without any prior discussion with Lively or asking for her consent in advance. There was also no intimacy coordinator present for the scene.
