Warnings: Spoilers for Hawkeye Episode 4 below!

The world of Marvel can get quite ruined by certain spoilers, as many die-hard fans go to lengths to avoid any sort of spoilers on social media. This has been definitely the case for Marvel’s Hawkeye until now – and apparently, it has also affected one of the stars in the franchise.

Florence Pugh, who played the role of Yelena Belova in Black Widow and is also set to reprise her role in Hawkeye, recently took to Instagram to celebrate her appearance at the end of the most recent episode.

Here’s the Instagram post by Pugh:

As Florence Pugh revealed on Instagram yesterday, her post – and the reaction or fans spoiling her debut so early on social media – has appeared to have her blocked on the platform. We don’t know yet the entire details about why Instagram actually blocked her, as the post is yet to be taken down, but there is a strong possibility that Florence Pugh might not be able to make new posts on her handle, except posting stories.

Here’s Yelena Belova’s Story:

Florence Pugh’s role in the Hawkeye series got its confirmation last year itself, and the post-credits scene of Black Widow cemented the direction in which her character will be heading. It was shown that Yelena is now on a hunt to take down Clint Barton as she feels he is responsible for her sister, Natasha Romanoff’s death, thanks to a tip by Valentina and her so-far mysterious team.

“We had a moment together where we were shooting and something went wrong,” Hawkeye star Hailee Steinfeld recently explained to Cosmopolitan. “There was no recovering from it. I started laughing so hard that somebody thought I was crying … and I just remember a flood of people rushing in and being like, ‘Is everyone okay?’ And I’m literally facedown on the ground, just hysterically laughing. Mind you, we were in a scene that was in no way, shape, or form meant to be at all funny. We really did have a wonderful time together.”

Hawkeye is based in New York City post the Blip and sees Clint Barton working together with Kate Bishop, a young archer and a fan of Hawkeye. Together, they face the enemies from Hawkeye’s past as Ronin so that Barton manages to get back to his family in time for Christmas. The series also stars Fra Fee as The Clown, Vera Farmiga as Eleanor Bishop, Tony Dalton as Swordsman, Zahn McClarnon as William Lopez, and Alaqua Cox as Echo.

All-new Hawkeye episodes premiere on Wednesdays only on the Disney+ service.
