Recent reports suggest that Jamie Foxx is steadily healing at a Georgia hospital following a distressing and startling medical catastrophe. The event happened while Foxx was in Georgia to shoot Back in Action. For those unaware, Foxx was in Georgia fill-in the action-comedy flick Back In Action. Unfortunately, it faced many production issues before this much larger emergency.
What Did Foxx’s Family and Doctor Say?
His daughter, Corinne Fox, first let fans know of his health condition. She added that “Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers.”
“Doctors are running tests, but he’s awake and alert,” a source told People. “They’re keeping him under observation.”
The Django Unchained actor’s daughter referred to his hospitalization as a “medical complication” without providing any additional information regarding the actor’s condition or what precipitated the emergency medical situation. Although Foxx isn’t necessarily out of the woods just yet, this is encouraging news for his fans.
