Known for their catchy music and iconic performances, they were known as the ultimate power couple in the industry. The highly publicized partnership came to an end in 2002, a split Britney Spears called one of the “world’s biggest breakups.”
Decades after their split, Spears was seen dropping bombshells against Timberlake, including her surprising revelation about her past abortion, which was not that welcomed by Timberlake.

It appears that the Bye Bye Bye vocalist is not happy with what the lady pop star wrote about in her recent memoir. Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, who started dating in the 1990s, have been through various dramas and controversies, even after their eventful breakup.
Interestingly, the pairs went kaput, and neither of them made any comments about them in public; instead, let their music do all the talking.

The Princess of Pop, in her 2023 memoir, spilled the beans about her relationship with Timberlake. In an exclusive excerpt obtained from Time magazine, Spears wrote about her upcoming memoir, The Women in Me, that the Cry Me A River crooner literally “slept with six or seven girls” weeks after their breakup. “He was a girl’s dream. I was in love with him”, she penned.
In the memoir, she disclosed that Timberlake’s 2002 Cry Me A River which was a massive hit depicted her as a “harlot” and people thought that it was Spears who broke his heart and cheated on him. As per a report by The New York Times, Spears confirmed in her book that Timberlake is the one who ended their relationship with a text message.
Britney Spears opens up about past abortion during Justin Timberlake relationship
A few days ago, the Toxic singer made headlines with her surprising revelation about NSYNC that she had gotten pregnant with Timberlake’s baby during their three-year relationship but had an abortion.
The 41-year-old vocalist, who loves to have kids and family, revealed that she has gone through an abortion because Timberlake “wasn’t ready to be a father”. Spares mentioned in her book,
“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”
Spears continued, that Timberlake wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. “If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it”. She thought that people might hate her for making such a decision.
After breaking up with Spears in 2002, Timberlake went on to marry actress Jessica Biel, and Spears started dating Iranian actor Sam Asghari after he starred in her Slumber Party music video in 2016.

In November 2021, a judge terminated Spears’ 13-year-long conservatorship. Later, Spears and Sam Asghari tied the knot in June 2022, and after 14 months of marriage, Asghari filed for divorce against the singer, citing irreconcilable differences.
