The 45-year-old star has stunned Hollywood during his latest workout, showing how he works hard to tone his physique.

Bloom had a medical miracle as he miraculously recovered after spending just a few weeks in the hospital. He had been a part of several Hollywood projects with the 2001 Peter Jackson blockbuster The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring became his career booster.

Bloom shared videos on Instagram of his workout routine with a one-line statement about his accident. While sharing the intense workout videos, he shared the prognosis his doctors used to give him. He penned, “I broke my back when I was 19 and they said I’d never walk again,” concerning the injury he suffered in 1998.
The actor previously shared a post on Instagram along with some old pictures of him writing, “That’s me in my back brace circa 1998 about 3 months after I fell 3 floors and crushed my spine, narrowly escaping death and paralysis…grateful everyday for my limbs that allow me to push my limits and live life on my edge (safer now.)”

The actor opened up about his injury with GQ Magazine, he fell three stories to get onto a roof terrace by leaping onto a drainpipe that gave away sharing that the doctor “wasn’t sure how severe the spinal cord damage was.”
Speaking about the incident, he said: “Until then, I didn’t have a healthy appreciation for life and death — that we’re not invincible. I went to some dark places in my mind. I realized, I’m either going to walk again or I’m not.”
After spending a few weeks in the hospital, he went out to try his limits, “When I came out of the hospital, I started partying straight away—with the back brace on. It took me a couple of months to realize this was my life, and I didn’t want to mess it up.”
