The supermodel was recently spotted in So Paulo, Brazil, fighting back tears as she reflected on her past and noted that her rise to fame was anything but simple. She continued by talking about her modeling career’s beginnings and how she has been coping with everything going on in her life.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen recently attended an event with VTEX president and co-founder Mariano Gomide where she gave a lecture about her challenges and struggles while making a name for herself in the industry. The model appeared to be taken over by emotions as she started to speak to the audience about her early days, but it is not exactly known what caused her to have a little breakdown.
A source who was at the event shared,
“Gisele teared up on stage when they were talking about her early career. She still gets emotional when she thinks about leaving her family and her sisters. She was only 14 years old and she went off to start a new life, a new career. She left everything she knew behind.”
They further added,
“That’s something very emotional for her to remember. It’s a long path to 40 when you leave at 14-15 years old. It’s just emotional reflecting on her younger self.”
According to the local media in Brazil, the model was emotional on stage as she started to talk about wanting to leave a better world for her kids and to make her parents proud.
“You can do anything if you believe in yourself and your dreams. Everything is possible when we believe, and I am no different from you. I am simply a person who believes. I believe in you having the courage to face any challenge and the discipline to stay focused… no matter what challenge comes your way, see it as an opportunity to grow.”
Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are ‘learning along with kids’ to co-parent
This surprise appearance from the model comes days after NFL legend Tom Brady decided to open up about them co-parenting their two children, Benjamin and Vivian. Brady shared with People last week, “We’re going to Disneyland tomorrow to celebrate because it’s the last day of school.”
Brady added, “Then they’re going with their mom for a couple of weeks to Brazil. They’ve got lots of good plans.” The former player mentioned that their kids love to embrace the outdoors and being active, adding that it’s interesting to him because they are so attached to their friends, with their devices and so forth, so finding a balance between letting the kids do the things they like and staying connected with people from Boston, Tampa, Costa Rica, and Brazil is the key.
The former player admitted at the time that while they were hesitant at first about co-parenting, they are currently working it out with the kids and providing for them as best they can. The former quarterback continued to state there is no manual for establishing a family or life in general. The best thing you can do for your kids is to share your experiences with them and give them a positive attitude.

Gisele Bündchen is in a ‘good space’
A source close to Bündchen shared that the model is finally in a ‘good space’ as she returned to work and her appearance at MET Gala 2023 was one of those things which showcased that she is back to being herself.
A source added,
“She’s back to work. [When she was with Tom,] she was just focusing on being a mom. With all their moves [because he changed teams] and everything, you have to be in mom mode.”
They also mentioned that she is excited to be back to work and enjoying this new chapter of her life, adding that she knows that she made the right call when it comes to her relationship with Brady. The couple announced their separation after 13 years of marriage.
