The 50-year-old Oscar-winning actress casually opened up on her previous romances with the two talented handsome hunks, Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck. During a fun game of “Brad or Ben” on the podcast, host Alex Cooper asked her to compare her two old flames on the scale of romance. While revealing intimate details about her former flames, she also got a little embarrassed that her daughter was listening to the conversation.

In a candid conversation on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Gwyneth Paltrow revealed some intriguing secrets about her past love life with Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt.
Lauded actress and lifestyle innovator, Gwyneth Paltrow has an interesting dating history. She was reportedly with Bullet Train actor Brad Pitt from 1994 to 1997. Later, she was in an on-off relationship with Batman fame, Ben Affleck from 1997 to 2000. When asked about who was better in bed, She was clearly puzzled and dubbed the question as a ‘tough one’ as both the choices were impressive. She said:
“Brad was like the sort of major chemistry, love of your life, kind of, at the time, and then Ben was, like, technically excellent. I can’t believe my daughter is listening to this!”
Responding to Paltrow’s sincere answer, the host excitedly gave a shout-out to Ben Affleck’s wife Jennifer Lopez. She said, “God bless J.Lo and everything she is getting over there!”
She also disclosed that Brad Pitt was more romantic as compared to Affleck. However, it was the latter who made her laugh and also with whom she could likely end up having an argument.
She joyously called them both as good kissers.
The podcast, which was released on May 3 this year, Paltrow also spoke her heart about her career choices, success, personal crisis, and parenting skills that have evolved during the generations.
Speaking about the identity crisis that erupted after she won the prestigious Academy Award for Shakespeare in Love, the actress said:
“If you win the biggest prize, what are you supposed to do, where are you supposed to go.”
She also called the overwhelming attention “disorienting” and “unhealthy.”

Speaking in an interview with Howard Stern’s SiriusXM radio show in 2018 (via WM Magazine), Paltrow expressed that dating Ben Affleck has been a life lesson for her. She further explained that the whole thing has emotionally healed her, making her life much better. When asked how did she know that she never loved him or wanted to marry him. The actress responded positively and said:
“It’s interesting, I think there’s certain boyfriends where you are trying to work stuff out, right? “Like, you’re trying to heal certain stuff from your childhood and he was very much a lesson in that way.”
