Directed by Baldoni, the story follows Lily Bloom and her life after college and her dream of opening her own business. In the process, she falls in love with Ryle Kincaid, but soon she gets scared as she witnesses a side of Kincaid that reminds her of her parents.

It Ends With Us star Jenny Slate talks about working with Blake Lively
Actress Jenny Slate, who will be seen in the role of Allysa in the Blake Lively starrer It Ends With Us, recently spoke to ET Online while promoting their movie about her experience working with the actress. She said,
I deeply fell in love with her. Obviously, I have admired Blake for so long; she’s so fresh, so detail-oriented, and so prepared, knowing what page on the script things occurred on. She’d be like, ‘Well, I see that, but she doesn’t really find this out until page 96.’.
The actress further shared that Lively is a deeply trustworthy person who is also willing to share. She noted that they had long talks with the Gossip Girl alumni. Slate confessed that she was not expecting to have an off-set experience the way she had nothing; she has always been eager to work with Blake Lively, but to be friends with her, who is so capable in many ways, was like a genuine win.
Lively was also asked about her experience, to which she said that she loves Jenny so much, adding that she was like an anchor for her in many ways. The actress noted that Slate is just full of light and love but also deeply grounded. She added,
We love our work, we take it very seriously, we work very hard, and we completely immerse ourselves in our work, but who we are is defined by our personal life so much more than our work, and we can be both of those things at once.
Blake Lively lastly added that at times she’s felt guilty for being away from the kids and her husband, but she was relieved to know that she had someone to share that feeling with.
