Before getting engaged to Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Fox was married to Desperate Housewives actor Brian Austin Green. During a recent interview, the Transformers actor revealed that she was not a good wife to her ex-husband.
Megan Fox Believes She Was Not A Good Wife After Marrying Brian Austin Green
During a recent appearance on the widely watched podcast Call Her Daddy, Megan Fox spoke about plastic surgeries, Machine Gun Kelly, and her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. The Jennifer’s Body star confessed she wasn’t exactly a good wife to her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Fox revealed-
“I think it would be easy for me to lean into and complain about, or let it seem like that relationship was one way. I was not great because I was young and really should not have been in a relationship of that level of commitment and that magnitude,”
Megan Fox was only 18 when she met Brian Austin Green. She further continued to say-
“I did a lot of falling in love with other people all the time. I would go to work and fall in love because I was a kid, and I never had the full freedom to be single and experience that life. And I thought for a minute when I got divorced that that’s what I was going to do, and I was single for three weeks,”
The actor couple tied the knot in 2010 and legally separated in 2020. They were married for ten years and are co-parenting their three sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey together.

Megan Fox and Austin Brian Green met on the sets of ABC’s sitcom Hope and Faith back in 2004. They began dating shortly after and tied the knot in 2010. During an interview with New York Times Magazine in November 2009, Megan Fox spoke about her first encounter with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. She said-
Everyone was around the monitor watching a scene, and Brian accidentally touched my leg. I remember literal electricity shooting through me and out me from every direction. I liked him right away. It was like magic.”
Whereas Austin Green had gotten out of a relationship and initially ignored his feelings for Megan Fox. During an interview with KFC Radio in 2019, the actor said-
“It’s funny, I kept pushing her away early on, because I was like, ‘I don’t want a relationship, And then she was like, ‘Well cool, I’m going to go date. I was like, ‘Wait a second, I didn’t say go date, please!’ So then that’s when I realized I was, like ‘F—, I must be really into this situation, [because] the thought of that kills me,’
The ex-couple broke up in 2020 after being together for a decade. Brian Austin Green is currently engaged to Sharna Burgess.
