Jennifer Aniston and her ex-husband, Justin Theroux, may not be a couple anymore but they definitely set great friendship goals even after their split. In 2019, Theroux also shared how he was proud of Aniston and the actress decided to make her Instagram debut. He has even been candid about how their separation had no elements of drama and animosity rather it was a peaceful and respectful split. Are Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Still Friends?
After four years of dating, Leftovers actor, Justin Theroux, and FRIENDS star, Jennifer Aniston tied the knot in August 2015. But their treasured marriage lasted for a short duration and three years later the couple announced their separation. Though they have decided to part ways as a couple, the two are still on great terms and share an amazing friendship and have decided to always cherish it.
During an interview with Allure in November 2022, Aniston joked about renovating her ex-husband’s previous office and she had also shared earlier that had she not been an actress, she would have definitely been a designer.
“You can imagine he likes things black and dark,” she said of the filmmaker. “I lightened it up, stripped it all. He came over [the other day] and was like, ‘What the f–k did you do?’ I said, ‘I brought the light back in, buddy.’”
Two years ago, Theroux had given a status update to The Outlet regarding his relationship dynamics with Aniston post-split and said,
“We don’t talk every day, but we call each other. We FaceTime. We text,” he said in April 2021. “She makes me laugh very, very hard. She’s a hilarious person. It would be a loss if we weren’t in contact, for me personally. And I’d like to think the same for her.”

During an interview with Esquire in May, Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband, Justin Theroux shared how he feels about dating in the public eye after his 2018 split from Jennifer Aniston and how he has been enjoying his privacy.
Talking about his experience on social media speculations about his personal life, Theroux explained, “There’s something to, once you’re out of that, where I want all of my relationships to exist within the four walls of whatever room we’re in,” “And I’m not trying to be evasive, but I talk to Jen — I don’t talk about Jen. People will always want to gossip and say things, but you have to find that balance.”
Though Aniston and Theroux share an amicable and close bond even after their split, Theroux admitted in the interview that he does not miss being a part of Hollywood’s IT couple. He told Esquire, “Having been in a public relationship, it’s much more fun not being in a public relationship.” “Me saying anything, even if it was something loving, it would just turn into a thing. So, it’s a classic no-comment situation for me.”
When Aniston shared glimpses from her cover shoot on her Instagram, Theroux showered love in the comments section with a fist bump and red heart emojis. Last month the ex-couple was also spotted together with Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka for a dinner night. As per Daily Mail’s photographs, the exes embraced before the group dinner and while leaving the restaurant Aniston was seen holding a single red rose.
