Joker: Folie à Deux expected to address concerns about mental health portrayal

The phrase Folie à Deux is French for the madness of two or shared psychosis. The use of a phrase in the title suggests that Arthur Fleck’s fractured psyche may be explored more deeply in the sequel’s plot, possibly introducing a secondary protagonist. Given Lady Gaga’s portrayal of Harley Quinn, it is conceivable that she will concur with Arthur’s fantasies, resulting in a shared madness.
