However, Gomez expressed gratitude for having a supportive mother while her fake videos and pictures went viral on the internet.
Doctor Strange 2 Star Xochitl Gomez Thanked Her Mother For Being Supportive During Her Worst Time
Xochitl Gomez recently portrayed America Chavez in Benedict Cumberbatch‘s Doctor Strange 2, and soon after her portrayal of Miss America, she earned a growing fanbase. Gomez had a significant impact on the narrative of Cumberbatch’s film and is known for her superhuman strength and unique ability to travel across multiverses. The actress has previously played Dawn Schafer in The Baby-Sitters Club and has landed other notable roles.

Xochitl Gomez recently appeared on The Squeeze podcast in which she talked about her acting career, her passion for being in the industry, and the harsh reality of being an actor. The Roped star also opened up about her fake AI p*rn videos, and how the actress’s mother comforted her by providing support and love. Gomez said:
“You have to be very thankful to have a mom who is like so protective and and so honest. Because I’d never seen any of those before.”
The Doctor Strange 2 star revealed that even before she saw those videos, her mother was already battling to take them down. Her mother spoke with every agent and sent numerous emails thinking her daughter’s fake p*rn videos would get deleted. However, it turned out to be harder than they thought and Gomez was struggling to take those videos down. Her mother tried every way to erase them, while Gomez was perplexed as nothing was working out.
Xochitl Gomez Felt Uncomfortable After She Couldn’t Take Down Her Fake P*rn Videos
Despite trying extremely hard along with her mother, Xochitl Gomez found herself in a terrible situation as she failed to get rid of the fake videos of her. The actress had to face the harsh reality of being a star at a young age. While sharing her experience and feelings about the content that was published, Gomez added:
“I was just like something that felt like really uncomfortable…because I couldn’t take it down…It freaked me out about the fact that someone thinks that’s cool…I didn’t like it, I wanted to take it down.”
Xochitl Gomez emphasized the inappropriate utilization of Artificial Intelligence that could harm a person, and disturb their mental peace. For Gomez, it was indeed the worst situation, but through her resilience and determination to work, she continued to move forward with her acting career.
