However, new reports state that the former still cares about the latter even though their relationship has turned quite ugly with the fights they are involved in. They were recently in the headlines for a past flight trip incident that happened in 2016 with the FBI reportedly refusing to reopen the investigation.
The former couple was in a relationship for 12 years and is now fighting a lawsuit for the custody of their children. Back in 2016, Jolie filed for a divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the same. They share six children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had a great relationship. They were once the ‘IT’ couples of the industry but now they’re against each other fighting for their kids’ custody. They were recently involved in the winery lawsuit with the latter winning the lawsuit over the French winery. But their relationship took another turn when their alleged jet fight started making headlines with Pitt alleged as a child abuser.
According to the US Weekly’s sources, the Moneyball star still cares about her ex-wife. The source shared, “He’s not rooting against her, not personally, not professionally, not romantically,” adding that he wants her to be happy. “If she’s happy, he’s happy. Brad loved Angelina and he still cares about her.”
He wants her to stay healthy and believes that she can be the “best mother she can be for their children.” The insider also shared the ups and downs the former couple went through stating, “He was there with her through everything.”

The source stated that Pitt wants “to keep his children’s lives as private as he can.”
The Salt actress is angry with the fact that her ex-husband is being loved by the fans even though he was in the wrong. The source shared, “Angelina is angry that the public adores Brad so much when she feels he was very unkind to her.”
Brangelina was recently making the headlines for the infamous heated argument that happened in 2016 in their family’s private plane in which Pitt allegedly got “verbally abusive” and “physical” with the actress and son, Maddox, after his son intervened between them.
