Nicole Kidman’s ex-boyfriend Marcus Graham is still looking for true love
Nicole Kidman is an A-list celebrity in the industry who has made headlines for her love life. Before dating the Hollywood hunk Tom Cruise, the actress was with Marcus Graham. The duo dated for three years, from 1987 to 1989. Their breakup came as a shock as Kidman left Graham for Cruise.
The E Street star, during an interview, spoke out for the first time about his relationship with the Big Little Lies star. The 59-year-old star revealed how he was devasted after his breakup and cried for a long time. He further added he never held any grudge against the 56-year-old actress. The actor said,
“I was devastated and heartbroken but that’s the way it goes… Why would I want to keep her in Australia and lock her away? I don’t have any bad feelings there and I understand. At the time I cried for a long time. I was really hurt and confused but I had lots to learn about the world.”
The Dangerous Game actor also spoke about his dating life and how being heartbroken many times, he is still looking for true love. He said,
“I haven’t ruled it out, and I’m a hopeless romantic, so I’ve had to really take care of myself because I can get carried away with people and get my heart broken easily.”
The 59-year-old thought he was better off on his own, but now he is hopeful about a relationship. He added, “I also feel like I’m kind of a different person in many ways, which makes me hopeful yet of having a relationship.”
Graham, after his breakup with Nicole Kidman, dated his E street co-sar Melissa Tkautz, Aussie actress Rebecca Gibney and Mia Freedman. The actor is currently single but said he is open to finding love and even becoming a dad.

Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise first crossed paths in 1990 when filming Tony Scott’s Days of Thunder, in which Kidman portrayed Dr. Claire Lewick, and Cruise played racing car driver Cole Trickle. After dating for less than a year, the Top Gun star and Kidman got married in December 1990 during a private ceremony held on Christmas Eve.
For more than 10 years, they were the ideal couple of Hollywood. Nevertheless, eleven years into their marriage, Cruise and the 56-year-old actress announced their separation in 2001. Their divorce was finalized a year later.
Nicole Kidman is now married to Keith Urban. The duo met in January of 2005 at G’Day LA, an event honoring Australians in the entertainment business. They started dating a few months later and eventually married in June 2006. The two have been married for 15 years and share two kids, Faith and Sunday.
