In an interview with Dax Shepard on the Armchair Expert podcast, Jenna Ortega talked about her stance on dating. The 20-year-old actress said that she is not even interested in dating anymore. She further said, “A part of it is self-esteem. I’m not ready to be that vulnerable or trusting with someone.” Ortega didn’t flame any of her exes on the podcast and didn’t name anyone either. She just said that she is not able to manage too many things at once. She said, “It had nothing to do with them, it was just strictly… I couldn’t manage.”
The You actress further added that she is way too dedicated to her work nowadays to enter a relationship. She said, “If there’s one thing I’m going to focus on, which is probably something I need to change, it’s going to be my work.” This news might come as a disappointment to many fans as they have already fallen head over heels for the actress.
The Scream VI actress shed some light on her relationship with her co-stars from Wednesday
Jenna Ortega talked about her relationship with her co-stars from the series Wednesday and said that they are some of her closest friends. She, Percy Hynes White, and George Farmer used to live in the same building and their bond is something irreplaceable. Ortega further talked about her relationship with her on-screen best friend, Emma Myers. Myers who plays the role of Enid in the hit Netflix series is also Ortega’s best friend in real life. Talking about Myers on the podcast, Ortega said, “I think about her all the time. I only ever want to make sure she’s OK and good.”
