“I’m terrified by the thought of it”: Elon Musk’s Dystopian Neuralink Tech Has the Whole World Freaking Out

According to the official website of Neuralink, the study will deal with the functionality of the interface that allows those with paralysis or Quadriplegia to control the device with the help of their thoughts.
According to a report by the popular media outlet Reuters in 2022, Neuralink was fined for the violation of the rules and regulations with respect to the US Department Of Transportation (DoT) for the movement of hazardous materials. During an inspection of Neuralink’s California and Texas center in February 2023, they found inappropriate packaging of Xylene, which causes loss of muscle coordination, dizziness, headaches, and can even lead to death.
The first human received an implant from @Neuralink yesterday and is recovering well.

According to Reuters, the startup is built on a staggering investment of $5 billion. Back in September 2023, Neuralink announced the implant trial based on which, a robot developed by the company would be involved in surgically placing the implants in a patient’s brain.
Elon Musk Talks About The Power Of Artificial Intelligence
During a conversation with the British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak during an AI Safety Summit organized in Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. Elon Musk spoke about both the good and bad aspects of artificial intelligence. From talking about driverless Tesla cars to how advanced technology is eating up the jobs of the people- the duo covered almost everything with respect to artificial intelligence.As reported by the news outlet BBC, while talking about Tesla cars, Musk said-
“There is a safety concern, especially with humanoid robots – at least a car can’t chase you into a building or up a tree,”

He even pointed out about the better side of artificial intelligence, the SpaceX founder said-
“One of my sons has trouble making friends and an AI friend would be great for him. It can be the best and most patient tutor”
Elon Musk is a supporter of artificial intelligence in the workplace and he strongly believes that very soon there will be no jobs for human beings as AI will be able to do almost everything.
