Harrison Ford will be making his final appearance in the role of the renowned archaeologist, Indiana Jones in this movie.
However, recently, it was revealed that a fellow actor in the film punched the movie’s legendary hero, Harrison Ford. The actor does not regret punching Harrison Ford though.

In the upcoming fifth installment of the well-known Indiana Jones franchise, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, a British actress, writer, and producer best known for producing and acting in the highly acclaimed series Fleabag, will be portraying Helena Shaw. It will be Waller-Bridge’s first major part in a big-budget action movie. In the movie, Indiana Jones’ goddaughter Helena Shaw will join him on his final quest.

According to recent reports, Waller-Bridges’ character Helena Shaw had to perform a moment that is pretty shocking in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. In a comical incident, she had to punch Indiana Jones played by Harrison Ford, the legendary hero, and the punch knocked him out.
How does Phoebe Waller-Bridge feel about punching the legendary actor?
Phoebe Waller-Bridge has a track record of exceeding expectations, and her most recent performance in Indiana Jones 5 is no different. The British actress has disclosed in an interview that Harrison Ford’s Indiana Jones is knocked out cold by a punch from her character, Helena Shaw, the goddaughter of Indiana Jones in a comical scene of the movie.
Waller-Bridge stated that the sequence was “brilliantly crafted” and sarcastically added that she was “thrilled” to have the chance to punch Ford in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. She remarked, “It was so funny. It also has a lot of heart, though.” The audience at the movie’s screening liked the comic sequence, she added, because it was ironic to watch a legendary hero get knocked out after being punched by his goddaughter.
Although it was a humorous scene, Pheobe Waller-Bridge also wants the audience to understand why her character was acting that way and not just assume.
