Ryan Gosling has been making headlines this awards season. The Barbie actor went on to add a feather to his cap after winning the Critics’ Choice Award in the Best Song category for I’m Just Ken. His upcoming movie The Fall Guy is slated to release in May 2024. He’ll be playing the character of a stuntman in The Fall Guy alongside Emily Blunt.
Ryan Gosling admitted not being affected by the success or failure of his upcoming movie with the Oppenheimer actor Emily Blunt for a particular reason.

As reported by the media outlet Variety, Ryan Gosling met Steven Spielberg during the recent Golden Globes awards ceremony. The Canadian actor was on cloud nine when the Jurassic Park filmmaker told him that he was a big Fall Guy fan. Ryan Gosling revealed he was confused when he saw Spielberg walking towards him. He said-
“I saw Steven Spielberg walking in my direction. I don’t know Steven Spielberg. I thought there was no way he was coming to talk to me. And yet he kept getting closer, and then I thought I know what’s going to happen.
The La La Land actor further said-
I’m going to point to him, and he’s going to go, ‘Not you, behind you,’ so I’m not going to do that. Finally, I said, ‘Me?’ and he goes, “Yeah you.’ I go, ‘I’m sorry I didn’t think you were coming to talk to me.’ And I stood up and he gave me a hug and said, ‘I just saw “Fall Guy” and I loved it.’”
Ryan Gosling had an unexpected encounter with Steven Spielberg, who raved about #TheFallGuy.

After being appreciated by the brilliant filmmaker, Ryan Gosling feels the failure or the success of The Fall Guy doesn’t matter to him. He mentioned-
“As far as I’m concerned it doesn’t matter anymore what happens. Steven Spielberg liked it. That was an all-time moment for me. I’m really excited for people to see it. I think it’s a really special movie.”
The Fall Guy is directed by the Deadpool 2 director David Leitch. It is based on a 1980s television series of the same name.
Emily Blunt’s Daughters Are Rooting For Ryan Gosling’s Ken This Award Season
During an interview with Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused, Emily Blunt spoke about her daughters who are madly in love with Ryan Gosling’s Ken. On being asked whether her daughters are rooting for Ryan Gosling or her, this award season, the Devil Wears Prada actor replied-
“Ryan Gosling, I mean he is like reigns supreme in our house. I had to go last week and do a bit of press for Fall Guy, a bit of early press and it was a trip, that we hadn’t planned, so I said to the girls, like you know who’s to blame for this and they were like who and I was like Ken.”
Blunt further mentioned-
“And my kids were like really, and so they started singing ah blame Ken, and my little one who is particularly in love with him was like I mean I don’t really want to blame Ken cuz I love him so much and I was like yeah it was very cute.”
On being asked if her daughters have ever met Ryan Gosling, the Edge Of Tomorrow actor said-
“I mean, they haven’t but they feel like they want to. Bad!”
Emily Blunt even mentioned that her daughters Violet and Hazel are very excited about her upcoming project The Fall Guy with Ryan Gosling.
