When the Aussie star first stepped onto the set wearing the iconic yellow Wolverine suit, the crew’s reaction was just electric. Wendy Jacobsen, an executive producer of the film, told the outlet HeyUGuys that even grown men couldn’t hold back their tears. She said: 

Hugh walking out in the yellow and blue, I mean, there were grown men like sobbing on the set.

She described the moment as “mind-blowing” and knew instantly that they were working on something truly special.
