An Insider Predicted Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Relationship Before They Married
According to Tom Bower’s all-tell memoir, the royal couple, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle were not able to impress their close family members with their relationship. Especially due to the latter, the insiders predicted their relationship to “end in tears”.
In his book, Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War between the Windsors, the journalist talked to different people associated with the couple and shared many shocking details regarding them.
In one of the pieces of information, he claimed that the late Queen Elizabeth II’s most trusted lady-in-waiting, Lady Susan Hussey predicted that the duo’s relationship would not last long.
Lady Susan Hussey, the godmother to Prince William, allegedly stated before the Sussexes’ wedding in 2018, “That will all end in tears. Mark my words.”
The 41-year-old Duchess of Sussex met with the Duke of Sussex in 2016 with the pair getting married on May 19, 2018. The couple shares two children, son Archie and daughter Lilibet.
Meghan Markle Failed to Associate Well With Prince Harry’s Friends
In another episode, Bower shared that the friends of the Duke of Sussex were exhausted when they met the mother of two, who even shared that marrying her would be a “bad idea.”
As per the reports, the father of two invited 16 close friends from Eton for a weekend trip. The weekend trip included Sandringham for supper on Friday, shooting on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.
The royal prince wanted to have a get-together with his closest friends which included introducing his beau to them. However, after meeting the Duchess, everyone felt exhausted as she “challenged every guest who contravened her woke values”.
As per the reports, the former actress was not entertaining any jokes about sexism, feminism, or transgender people and reportedly lacked a sense of humor.
