Jennifer Aniston Desperately Tries to Protect Her $300 Million Empire After Jamie Foxx Controversy
Jamie Foxx’s long-held silence over his health struggles made many of his fans nervous over the summer. Early in July, he took to Instagram to clear the air and reveal how he was feeling after suffering a “medical complication” in April.
The Oscar-award-winning actor admitted the reason behind the silence was that he didn’t want his fans to see him in that condition. He also remained quiet about his illness.

Just a few weeks later, Foxx is back in the news. This time, it’s perhaps for going more public with his thoughts than needed.
Why Jamie Foxx Is Embroiled in an Antisemitism Scandal
The 16.7 million Instagram followers of Jamie Foxx came across a cryptic post about fake friends and fake love from the Ray star on Friday.
It read: “They killed this dude name Jesus … what do you think they’ll do to you???! #fakefriends #fakelove.”
The 55-year-old quickly realized whatever he was trying to say wasn’t received well on the site and subsequently deleted the post. Many users interpreted the post was promoting the antisemitism idea that says Jewish people altogether were responsible for the killing of Jesus.
The Django Unchained actor shared another post in which he apologized to the Jewish community and everyone “who was offended” by the post. Explaining his choice of words, Foxx cleared that he was talking about a fake friend who betrayed him.

Still, the controversy that was fueled by the post is showing no signs of mellowing and has somehow hooked Jennifer Aniston as well.
Jennifer Aniston Reacts After Getting Embroiled in Jamie Foxx’s Antisemitism Controversy
The Friends actress, who is loved by millions for her portrayal of Rachel Green, found herself in the midst of this scandal after an Instagram page by the name of A Wider Frame shared a screenshot that suggests Aniston liked Foxx’s now-deleted post.
As expected, she also found herself at the receiving end of backlash, which led to her also sharing a statement clarifying her position.
She wrote on her Instagram story: “This really makes me sick. I did not ‘like’ this post on purpose or by accident. And more importantly, I want to be clear to my friends and anyone hurt by this showing up in their feeds — I do not support any form of antisemitism. And I truly don’t tolerate hate of any kind. Period.”
Further, Aniston, who’s among Hollywood’s most wealthy stars with a reported empire of $300m, disabled her Instagram comments.
With over 40 million followers on the platform, the 54-year-old’s account is an attractive outlet for brands who pay eye-watering sums per post to the biggest influencers to push their products.
How much Aniston earns, if any, from such content remains unknown. But one thing is clear, the next few hours and perhaps days might not be ideal if any brand is thinking of collaborating with her on Instagram.
