Jennifer Aniston has ‘zero regrets’ about her IVF journey

Back in November, the actress had spoken to Allure about her struggles and challenges with having a child while the entire world kept speculating about her being pregnant. She said at the time,

“The hard s**t I went through was when I was in my 30s and 40s. I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road.”

The actress noted that all the years when the world kept speculating about her pregnancy, it was really hard on her as she was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, adding that people can name anything that one can try to get pregnant and she was doing that.

“I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”

She also added that she has zero regrets about her journey with IVF now, noting that now she feels a little relief because no more questions are lingering inside her mind like ‘Can I? Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.’ Aniston added that she does not have to think about that anymore.

Jennifer Aniston prefers to be single

The FRIENDS actress, who has had men (and women) admiring her for years and years, shares that the romance does not come easy for her, especially after witnessing her late parents’ failed marriage as it took a toll on her idea of romance and how she approaches it.

She shared, “It was always a little bit difficult for me in relationships, I think, because I really was kind of alone. My parents, watching my family’s relationship, didn’t make me kind of go, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to do that.’ I didn’t like the idea of sacrificing who you were or what you needed, so I didn’t really know how to do that. So it was almost easier to just be kind of solo. So I didn’t have any real training in that give-and-take.”
