Jeremy Renner talks about his return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jeremy Renner who marks one year of him recovering from the harrowing snowplow accident, was asked about his potential return as Clint Barton a.k.a., Hawkeye in MCU to which he said,

“I’m always game. I’m gonna be strong enough, that’s for sure. I’ll be ready.”

Renner did not forget to express his gratitude towards his Avengers co-stars, who he says have been a constant source of support as he recovered from the accident. He added,

“All those guys come to my bedside. They’ve been with me all along through this recovery so…if they want me, they could have me. It would be something.”

Jeremy Renner landed his first Super Bowl commercial and during the interview, he addressed it by stating that he had a commercial career before having a movie star career but he never had an ad in the big game. He added that he’d be looking forward to watching the commercial, and he feels so stoked because they’re sometimes the highlight of the Super Bowl.

The actor returned to work on his drama Mayor of Kingstown for season three and he shared a picture on his social media with a caption mentioning that it’s his day one back on set and he is nervous.

Jeremy Renner says his life is going to be about health and wellness

Jeremy Renner shook the entire world when the news of the actor being involved in a near-fatal snowplow accident started to circulate last year in January. The accident left Renner with more than 30 broken bones, and he took to his social media to express his gratitude for surviving the accident. He wrote on his Instagram,

“I was reminded that love, good will, hard work, and a legion of good humans are getting me through every day. Thank you, bless you…and as always, I hold my promise to be better, be stronger, and grow to surpass potential.”

The actor shared a picture of him in workout clothes on his social media stating that he is a lucky man and that a friend reminded him of the milestone he has achieved. In an interview with ET, the actor was asked about his health, and he explained that he is doing everything he needs to do to get better.

Renner went on to explain,

“I’ll do whatever I can…whatever it takes to get better, to get stronger. It’s a one-way street, this recovery. The rest of my life is about health and wellness. Recovery will be a part of the rest of my life, so I look forward to it, man.”

The actor noted that there is always something to look forward to in life, and he is going to do exactly that. Renner wants to get better, stronger, happier, and healthier, which he says he is going to look forward to. Renner also explained that he feels really lucky and grateful that he can talk about it and move forward in life, adding that he is happy to share his life with people he has.
