The actor underwent two surgeries after being injured in a horrifying snow-plowing accident in a Nevada hospital, where he was airlifted at the earliest. This near-fatal accident left him in critical condition, but according to his Instagram post, he is in recovery mode and miraculously survived. 911 information states that Jeremy Renner was “completely crushed” in the accident.
This frightening incident happened when the actor attempted to stop a snow-plowing vehicle that started rolling away. His fans were left heartbroken and shocked by the news and the first day of 2023. MCU star Jeremy Renner‘s fans have great news, as he is out of danger now. He posted a selfie from his hospital bed on his Instagram handle to update fans about his current health status. The prayers of everyone worked miracles on their favorite actor, and he also gave back gratitude while remaining in a bad state. It was reported by a 911 call log obtained by TMZ that the 51-year-old Hawkeye star was moaning in the background of the call as he was having “extreme difficulty” breathing due to the collapse of his chest and crushing of his upper torso.
Washoe County Sheriff’s Office PIO told Page Six that they cannot confirm the details as the 911 call has yet to be released. In a press conference held Tuesday, Balaam revealed Renner was struck by a PistenBully, which weighs at least 14,330 pounds.
According to reports, Renner’s neighbor, a doctor, put a tourniquet on his leg until paramedics arrived after the freak accident. A nearby hospital treated the actor for his injuries after he was airlifted off the mountain. He suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries during the accident.

He received tons of best wishes from people, including Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Jimmy Fallon, Chris Pratt, Mark Ruffalo, the Russo brothers, etc. Chris Pratt wrote, “Continued prayers your way, brutha.” Then, Chris Hemsworth wished, “Speedy recovery buddy. Sending love your way!”
The Russo brothers also wrote, “Sending all of our love, brother, and hopes for a speedy recovery,” while Chris Evans referred to him as “Tough as nails. Love you, buddy.”
Renner underwent two surgeries, and he came out of danger, but there is no estimate at this point as to when he will be fully recovered.
