Kelly Ripa Spends Thanksgiving Alone, Signals the Beginning of the End for America’s Favorite Family
Kelly Ripa is very fond of her family. She’s also a big fan of holiday vacations and exploring the world with her small family. The American actress loves to spend time with her family including her husband, Mark Consuelos, and three children Michael, Lola, and Joaquin. This year’s Thanksgiving party has been very special for the Marvin’s Room star. She updates her fans about her daughter Lola being gone to Europe for an exchange program instead of living on the NYU campus.
Her daughter was not able to make it back home for Thanksgiving. Though Ripa is very delighted about her daughter pursuing her higher studies, she really missed her. Ripa’s daughter has been away from home for one year. The family usually comes together during the festive times but this year they missed Lola a lot.

Though Kelly Ripa‘s daughter wasn’t at home for Thanksgiving, the couple was very glad they spent some time with her before, as the couple recently visited her in London. The group met some of their old friends too, with Jake Shears being one of them. They even went to watch his new show, Tammy Faye at the West End.
The Meet The Robinsons actress also shared some glimpses of her with her daughter Lola on Instagram. The mother and daughter seemed to appear inseparable. They were walking on the streets holding each other tightly. Her post featured their laughter and happy moments, with a caption that read: “Take me back……..Lola, London, and apparently lots of photos of us locomoting away.”
Lola is currently in Europe on an exchange program and might continue her studies abroad.
Kelly Ripa’s relationship with her husband Mark Consuelos
The couple is quite popular for their romance in the industry. They have been together for quite a long time. Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos met each other in 1995 during the audition for All My Children. Consuelos was set to play the role of Ripa’s lover in the romantic drama. Soon they developed feeling for each other.
The couple made their first public appearance in 1996. After dating each other for just over a year, the All My Children co-stars welcomed their first child, Michael. They got married in 2000. In an interview in 2015, the actress revealed, ”We’re very lucky that we found each other.”
In 2001 they welcomed their second child, Lola Grace, and later in 2003, they welcomed their third child, Joaquin Antonio. The Marvin’s Room star and Consuelos have been together for more than 2 decades and seem to last forever. The family of five indeed has evolved immense love and care for each other. The whole family makes all the possible efforts to reunite for vacations and spend some quality time together.
