Kim Kardashian Obtained 5 Year Restraining Order Against Crazy Stalker Claiming She Talked To Him Telepathically
Celebrity stalkers are as big a nuisance as it can get for the celebs who have to deal with the mortification. And none other than Kim Kardashian had to deal with a rather peculiar stalker lately. This man allegedly showed up at The Kardashians star’s home multiple times and even claimed to have a conversation with her telepathically. Therefore, the 42-year-old had to file a restraining order against this man, named Andre Persaud.
Kim Kardashian’s arms-bearing, telepathic stalker
Back in December 2022, Kim Kardashian won the request that her legal team made in court, for protection against her alleged stalker, Andre Persaud. The court-mandated protective order forbade Persaud from approaching or getting anywhere near the SKIMS founder for the next five years. He is supposed to relinquish any possible communication with her while maintaining at least a 100 yards distance.
As per the court documents, the mother of four had alleged that Persaud had come to her place at least three times in August 2022. The document read,
“I am informed that he stated he traveled to [California] for the purpose of meeting me. I have never contacted him.”
The socialite further claimed that she never actually met her stalker on his numerous visits to her home. She then went on to share her fear regarding the arms he claimed to bear. The court docs read,
“I am informed that (the man) told my private security that he possesses a gun.”
For the aforementioned reason, the probation also mandated Persaud being prohibited from possessing firearms as well. He was also supposed to surrender the firearms that might have been in his possession at the time, to law enforcement.

2022 was Kim Kardashian’s legal year, quite literally
The man in question had also been an avid Kim K poster and his social media feed was rife with her. Persaud also made outstanding claims of having communicated with the SKKN owner, telepathically. Her court documents read that he “claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically.”
In early November as well, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star got a temporary restraining order against her stalker.
This legal victory in December was not the only case that Kardashian won in 2022. Her major win was against her ex-husband Kanye West, from whom she had filed for divorce in early 2021. The divorce was finalized with Kim K being awarded $200k per month in child support despite being a billionaire herself. In addition, both parents got “equal access” to their four kids, North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalms, 2.
