Despite their separation, they agreed to co-parent their children, but some still believe they will get back together soon. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case for the couple, as they seem desperate to get rid of the property that they co-own.
They own a massive mansion in Beverly Hills. And new reports suggest they have cut $2 million off the mansion’s sale price after it failed to land any deals despite being on the market for months.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott in a Hurry to Sell Their Mansion
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott reportedly list their Beverly Hills mansion in November last year. They were still together when they listed it for $21.9 million. Jenner and Scott allegedly bought the property together in 2018 for $13.4 million and split the cost.
However, the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom estate failed to find a buyer despite being in the market for five months. New reports suggest that both of them have cut down the price from $21.9 million to $19.9 million, slashing down $2 million from the mansion’s price tag.
According to The Sun, the property has a $2.75 million mortgage, and the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s share included $21,000 per month, along with interest and taxes. The property comes with a guest house, a private theatre, a garage, a beautiful backyard, and a resort-style pool with a spa.
Jenner reportedly wants the property sold as soon as possible as she has to spend thousands despite having no use for it. She stays in her $36.5 million Holmby Hills property which is also considered her main home.
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Lived Separately
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott reportedly did not live together even when they were dating. While The Kardashians star wanted to focus on her children and her business, Scott wanted his personal space to maintain his creativity. So they decided to have separate living arrangements during their dating period.
The couple parted ways in January this year, and sources believe that their lifestyle is also one of the many reasons for their separation. Insiders have shared that the American rapper is the opposite of Jenner and likes to party. Sources even went on to claim that was the reason they never got married, as their relationship has “never been easy” due to their lifestyle.
