Michelle Randolph Has This Surprising Connection with The Bachelor
Michelle Randolph began her career in the entertainment industry as a model. However, she soon started to realize that acting was her true calling so she shifted her focus to this instead. Her first foray into acting was in the reality web series Young Once, in which she starred alongside her sister Cassie Randolph.
Cassie Randolph’s name might ring some bells as she was the one who starred in The Bachelor. To be precise, she appeared in Season 23 of the show, and she romanced former professional football player, Colton Underwood. Although she quit the competition when she realized that she was not ready to get engaged, Underwood’s assurance that he would not propose led her to rejoin the show.
Randolph and Underwood dated from late 2018 to May 2020, but their relationship did not end well as TMZ reported that the actress had filed for a restraining order against Underwood because he had been stalking her. Additionally, he had also sent her some rather unsettling text messages and it was also alleged that he planted a tracking device at the bottom of the back bumper of her car.
Randolph has moved on from that relationship and according to E! Online, she is now engaged to Brighton Reinhardt after 4 years of dating. The musician proposed to her on November 25 at the stunning beachfront Newport Coast. The couple met 8 years ago and were friends for a long time before they began dating in 2020.
Michelle Randolph Caught the Acting Bug Soon After She Began Modeling
Born and raised in Walnut Creek, California, Michelle Randolph is the younger sister of Cassie Randolph and the older sister of Landon Randolph. The sisters are quite close and even own a denim line named LNDN Denim (pronounced “Landon”), which they started in 2022. They also owned a now inactive YouTube channel Double Mumble (via Instagram).
The Resort actress was 16 when her family moved to Huntington Beach, which is close to Los Angeles. She signed with Wilhelmina Models and grew an interest in acting almost immediately. In an interview with Grazia, she said:
After signing with Wilhelmina Models, I immediately started acting. When I booked my very first movie, the second I walked onto set, I had so much fun and realized that’s all I wanted to do. I stopped modeling and pursued acting ever since.
The Randolph sisters appeared on 2015’s Young Once, which aired on Castle, as students at the conservative Biola University in Southern California. Unlike her older sister, Michelle Randolph did not graduate from that university, but she eventually got her bachelor’s from Arizona State University (via Instagram). She has appeared in quite a few projects, and her most recent venture is Landman, in which she stars as Billy Bob Thornton’s character’s daughter.
