There is a strong possibility that Deadpool 3 could be an introduction to the multiversal theme of the franchise. According to the photos shared by Marvel Updates on X, the Canadian-American actor is seen in a different look. As reported by the media outlet, Ryan Reynold’s looks were in no way similar to Wade Wilson’s.

The Proposal star was seen sporting a glossy red suit with long hair tied in a knot. The recent photos have sparked the possibility of Deadpool in a multiverse. The third chapter of Deadpool is one of the most anticipated movies of 2024. It is expected to be one of the biggest projects from the house of MCU as both Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine and Jennifer Garner’s Elektra would be seen in a project for the first time.
The unmasked version of Deadpool has already created a buzz on social media. With the possibility of the multiversal theme, Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool 3 joins other MCU projects like Spider-Man: No Way Home, Loki, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Ryan Reynolds On The Deadpool 3 Set Leaks
The leaked pictures and videos from the set of the upcoming movie Deadpool 3 have always generated curiosity amongst its fans. During an Instagram live in December 2023, Ryan Reynolds spoke about the set leaks and even urged his fans not to spoil the upcoming superhero project. He said-
“Surprises are part of the magic of theatrical movies. It is important for us to shoot the new Deadpool film in real, natural environments, using practical effects as opposed to making the movie indoors and digitally. Telephoto lenses continue to spoil surprises and create a difficult situation for everyone,”
While talking about the risk involved with filming one of the most anticipated movies, he said-
“Here’s hoping some of the websites and social channels hold back showing images before they’re ready,” he added. “The film is built for audience joy – and our highest hope is to preserve as much of that magic as possible for the finished film and the big screen. Part of the reason people post spoilers is because they’re excited. I realize these aren’t real-world issues, and it’s firmly in the ‘good problems’ bucket. I love making this movie.”
The second installment of Deadpool was released in 2018. Deadpool 2 went on to make a box office collection of $785.8 million against a production budget of $110 million.
Deadpool 3 is set to hit the theaters on July 26, 2024.
