They even share two sons named Jason and Preston together, before the sole custody was handed over to their father Kevin Federline after their divorce. The Toxic singer has not met her kids for over a year after their dispute over their behavior on social media.
The media outlet TMZ launched a documentary based on Britney Spears’ life after her conservatorship named Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom. Katie Hayes, the TMZ producer, according to an investigation made by her team, revealed,
“By the end of the summer [2022], tensions got so bad that the boys weren’t even responding to her texts. And she was furious.”
According to an insider, Britney Spears met her sons Preston 17, and Jayden 16 in 2022, just before getting married to Sam Asghari. The Gimme More singer was criticized for her parenting style by Jayden. This negatively affected her relationship with her kids. Jayden told the Daily Mail during that time-
“I think Mom has struggled giving us both attention and showing us equal love; I don’t think she showed enough to Preston, and I feel really bad for that.”
Kevin Federline broke his silence on the adverse effect Britney Spears’ public image has had on their kids. He also tried to make them understand the bad mental health condition of his ex-wife. Amidst the mother-son feud over social media, Britney Spears took to Instagram and penned a note in September 2022, that read,
“it deeply saddens me to know [Jayden’s] outcry of saying I wasn’t up to his expectations of a mother … and maybe one day we can meet face to face and talk about this openly !!!!”
The 41-year-old songwriter’s life has been full of ups and downs. Her struggles with severe Bipolar Disorder and substance abuse took almost everything from her.
Sam Asghari Defends Britney Spears For The TMZ Documentary
When Britney Spears found solace in the arms of Sam Asghari, her fans, and followers were super happy. As everyone had witnessed what she has been through in her childhood and adulthood. Her 13-year-old conservatorship came to an end and she is living her life on her own terms and conditions. Amidst the rocky marriage rumors and Sam Asghari cheating on her, the Iranian-American model posted a video on his Instagram story. He stood by his wife Britney Spears and indirectly blasted the respective media house, without mentioning any name. He told in the clip-
“The last thing I want to do is speak on my wife’s behalf, I will never do that. I respect her privacy, that’s why I don’t talk as much. I found it absolutely disgusting for the people that were in her life at the time when she didn’t have a voice, they went and told her story like it was theirs. It was absolutely disgusting.”
Recently, the couple was spotted without their wedding bands. The rumors of their separation are creating a buzz in the tinsel town. The frustrated model did not specifically mention any media house and went on to say-
“How are you gonna take the most influential person of our generation, the princess of pop, America’s sweetheart, and put her in prison, where her father tells her what to do, what water to drink, who to see, and use her as a money-making machine and then all of a sudden, after 15 years, when she’s free after all [that] gaslighting and all those things that went down, now you’re gonna put her under a microscope and tell her story? No. That’s also disgusting, so don’t do that.”
Sam Asghari has always stood by his wife like a rock. Despite all the highs and lows Britney Spears has gone through, her fans and followers have always loved and supported her.
