The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water.
Another massive first for SpongeBob: This series will probably be wholly CG-animated, giving it a 3D texture, unlike the classic 2D animation of the original show. The CG-animation was previously used at 2015’s feature-length movie, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. On Tuesday, Deadline disclosed that Nickelodeon had ordered a 13-episode series order to Kamp Koral (working name ), a SpongeBob SquarePants spinoff. The show follows a 10-year-old variant of SpongeBob that is spending his summer in a sleepaway camp.
