Brad Pitt was reportedly involved in a real estate controversy that recently got in the eyes of the netizens. The Oscar-winning invested  $40 Million in Carmel Estate situated close to a seaside cliff, according to a report by SheKnows. The actor has put  $40 million on a 1918 historic estate, D.L. James House. Reportedly, Brad Pitt’s love of architecture and the arts got the house designed by architect Charles Sumner Greene.

Many people began to complain as the quality of the houses was not up to the normal living standard. As Brad Pitt’s news of Carmel Estate got over the internet, netizens called out the actor and hailed that he piped the money from his NGO, Make It Right Foundation.
