Old Footages of Travis Kelce Proves the NFL Star Manifested His Love Story With Taylor Swift
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has recently been headlines, thanks to his relationship with pop star Taylor Swift. Not that he has not been any less of a celebrity himself, but his romance with Swift has catapulted him to unparalleled fame because of the singer’s superstar status.
Whether you are a football fan or a music enthusiast, it is impossible to have missed Kelce’s relationship with Swift. However, what many might not know is that the relationship had a very fairytale-like starting as the NFL footballer manifested dating Taylor Swift and that even for years and years.
Travis Kelce Manifested Dating Taylor Swift
Travis Kelce began manifesting Taylor Swift way back in 2016 when he was promoting his reality dating show Catching Kelce on AfterBuzz TV. During the interview, he was asked to play a game of ‘Kiss, Marry, Kill’. The options he had were Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry. He chose to kiss Taylor Swift and kill and marry Grande and Perry, respectively. For those unversed, this was the year when the world was against the I Did Something Bad singer.
Fast forward to February 2023, when the footballer was asked who his celebrity crush was during training camp, Chiefs wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling jokingly namedropped Taylor Swift (via chiefs on TikTok). Seeing as Kelce did not protest at all and just laughed, it might not have been a joke after all.
Then, came July 2023, when Kelce tried to give his number (his phone number if you couldn’t tell) to Taylor Swift during her concert in Arrowhead. He came up with an excellent plan to do so by making a friendship bracelet, a staple at Swift’s concerts, which he had wanted to pass to Swift somehow.
Unfortunately, Travis Kelce was unable to do so and was disappointed about it, as he said on the July 26 episode of the New Heights podcast, which he hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce. At the time, many said that he might have jumped the gun with that one, but one does not seem to see logic when they are so enchanted by someone. Besides, it all did work out in his favor.
Travis Kelce’s Birth Date is the Same as Taylor Swift’s Grandmother
Swifties, die-hard fans of Taylor Swift, are known for their ability to be able to find even the subtlest of things about the Bad Blood singer, thanks to years of stanning the singer who is quite popular for the Easter Eggs in her work. No sooner, Swift was spotted with Travis Kelce than the fans started looking into the NFL player.
Soon, they found out that he was born in the same year as Swift (1989), and his birth date is the same as her grandmother Marjorie Finlay (October 5). While this might have been a total coincidence, it seems like there has been an invisible string tying the two of them together.

As of now, the Grammy-winning songstress and Travis Kelce are reportedly planning to move in together in the Chiefs player’s $6 million mansion in Kansas City. In the meantime, Kelce does not hold back his appreciation for the pop star, and Swift also mentioned during her performance of the song Karma at her concert in Argentina.
