She travels to The White Lotus’ Thailand location with her husband, Timothy Ratliff, played by Jason Isaacs, and three children played by Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sam Nivola, and Sarah Catherine Hook.

In speaking to Variety at the Los Angeles premiere of the show, she explained about her accent that she exaggerated it, inspired by her southern roots as well as from The Official Preppy Handbook. She said,
Do you know who James Spader is, the snob? I wanted to bring like a snotty effect. I’ve met some really wealthy people and Southerners who are almost affected, so that’s what I did. It was so fun to play. It’s the theatricality of Southerners. I’m from the South, so I was so happy to bring that Tennessee Williams kind of drama. It was a blast.
Parker Posey, in conversation with ScreenRant, admits that her character is a narcissistic mother who loves to get angry and upset and cause a scene. Posey noted that according to her, Victoria Ratliff sees what she wants to see and is pretty perfect.
She also addressed that Victoria Ratliff feels threatened by her daughter Piper’s experimenting with Buddhism. But the actress had immense fun playing her character on-screen, whom she describes as having a lot of mystery surrounding her. She mentioned,
We see her; she gets off the boat. She’s walking to the hotel. She’s a bit woozy and not very grounded.
The brilliant actress noted that things get pretty crazy towards the end of the series, stating that people are a lot more mysterious than they are given credit for.
