The American singer and rapper made headlines after her ex-dancers accused her of s*xual harassment. The misconduct story came to light after Lizzo’s three ex-dancers made allegations against her.

Lizzo refuted back on the s*xual harassment allegations made by her former backup dancers. The Cuz I Love You singer released a statement on Twitter that mentioned how she has just been a victim of the accusations that were made against her. The public statement read as
“I am not the villain that people and the media have portrayed me to be these last few days. There is nothing I take more seriously than the respect we deserve as women in the world. I know what it feels like to be body shamed on a daily basis and would absolutely never criticize or terminate an employee because of their weight.”

According to the reputed media outlet TMZ, Lizzo is looking forward to legal action against the backup dancers.

The Good As Hell singer has denied all the charges and even labeled them outrageous.
